This thing is rubbish. It really is a case of hit and miss. Firstly: I ordered this originally from another seller and after two weeks I got a refund with no explanation. So I reordered it from this seller. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my grandson on 12 April - 3 weeks late. I put brand new Duracell alkaline batteries in the housing. They flop around and don’t make connection. I ended up Placing some bubble wrap on to of the batteries and then closing the cover. It still doesn’t work. When I pull the switch it is supposed to make a noise and then you release the trigger. It works about 1 in 10 times and then sometimes the bullets just drop at your feet. How disappointing. I’m now going to buy him a well known brand in a store in Australia. Sure, it will be more expensive, but at least I know it will work. I will just throw this in the bin where it belongs. I’m disabled and I can’t get to a post office to return it. That’s why I buy everything on line - no more here.

Bullets are getting jammed more frequently than it shoots it. My son spends more time cleaning the barrel of the gun, instead of shooting out of it. You guys need to improve your product. I am very dissapoined. I'd better go and buy propper brand Nerf gun. I wish, I knew that your gun will be so bad.
